- Make sure your Nissan vehicle is completely off
- Turn the headlights knob on the steering column stalk to the off position
- Apply the parking brake/emergency brake
Look for a pedal on the left side, just below the dash with (P) symbol on it.
- Start up your Nissan vehicle
- The headlights, including the daytime running lights, will stay off for as long as the parking brake is applied
Warning: Don’t try to drive while the parking brake is on!
