Powertrain Options
The 2021 Nissan Titan comes standard with a 5.6-liter V8 that produces 400 horsepower and 413 lb-ft of torque. It’s paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission. The heavy-duty Titan XD can tow up 11,040 lbs. It also has a max payload of 2,240 lbs. The 2021 Nissan Titan is the only full-size pickup to have a standard V8. As of the 2020 model year, the V8 is the only powertrain on the Nissan Titan; the old Cummins turbodiesel is not available on 2020 or 2021 Nissan Titan models.
Standard Features
The 2021 Nissan Titan has plenty of standard features to keep you safe and connected. Standard infotainment features include Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, Bluetooth, SiriusXM satellite radio, an 8-inch touch screen, and two USB ports. The standard Nissan Safety Shield 360 suite includes forward collision warning with forward and reverse automatic emergency braking and pedestrian detection, blind spot monitoring with rear cross traffic alert, lane departure warning, a driver drowsiness monitor, rear parking sensors, and a rearview camera.
