The 2020 Nissan Altima comes in five trims. They are (in ascending order): S, SR, SV, SL, and Platinum. Each of those trims has different features, adding more and more as you go up the ladder. But if you want a specific feature, that’s not super helpful.
For instance, which 2020 Nissan Altima trim has leather seats?
The 2020 Nissan Maxima has cloth upholstery until the SL trim, where leather seats become standard. The Platinum trim also has leather upholstery.
Smartphone owners rejoice! Every 2020 Nissan Maxima model has Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility as a standard feature. From S to Platinum, your smartphone will connect.
Similar to the leather seats, the 2020 Maxima gets integrated satellite navigation at the SL trim. So, both the SL and Platinum trims have it. However, navigation via Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, while less accurate and requiring a data connection, is standard on all trims.
A moonroof is available as part of a package on the SR trim. It becomes a standard feature on the SV and is also found at the SL and Platinum levels.
The 2020 Nissan Altima gets a surround-view camera system at the Platinum trim. This feature is not available on any other Altima trims.
This one is a bit less straightforward in availability. Both the SR and Platinum trims can get a turbocharged four-cylinder, but no other trims can. Trims with this engine have the VC-T badge.
AWD is available on every trim with the standard four-cylinder engine. However, it is not standard feature on any trim.
