So, does the 2020 Nissan Altima have features like remote start?
Remote start, push-button start, and proximity keyless entry are standard features on every Altima model. Every model also has the NissanConnect infotainment system, controlled via an 8-inch touchscreen. That means each Altima has Apple CarPlay/Android Auto compatibility, Bluetooth capability, satellite radio, and two USB ports. Available features include integrated navigation, HD radio, and a nine-speaker premium Bose sound system.
Each Altima also comes well-equipped with driver assistive functions. Standard features include forward collision warning, forward automatic emergency braking, and a rearview camera. Available on the base model S and standard on the SR are reverse automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert, lane departure alert, rear parking sensors, pedestrian detection, and automated high beams. Higher trims have access to a following distance indicator and ProPilot Assist (an advanced adaptive cruise control and driving assist system).
The base model S trim comes with cloth seats. The SR and SV trims have sport cloth upholstery and a leather-wrapped steering wheel. Heated front seats, a moonroof, and dual-zone automatic climate control are available. The SL and Platinum trims have leather-appointed upholstery, as well as the previous features.
